Hi! I’m Liz Angiello, a recent transplant from the Bay Area, returning to my natal homelands of the Northeast. I love Redding so much and am excited to serve our community in Georgetown at Yoga Station.
With a Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2014, and over 20 years experience as a massage therapist, I’ve spent my fair share of time getting to know and treat folks at places like the California Pacific Medical Center, where I worked with neurological rehab patients, and the Haight Ashbury Free Clinic, where I worked with people from all walks of life, and in my massage career, where I helped countless people relax and reduce their pain.
In addition to my training in Structural Massage at the Palmer Institute for Massage & Bodywork, I’ve also dabbled in Shiatsu, Thai massage, Tui Na, Polarity Therapy, and Sound Healing. I’ve also taken advanced acupuncture courses in mental health, orthopedics (that means I know techniques like dry needling), pediatrics and perinatal care. And let’s not forget my artistic flair: I have a BA in Art & Dance Therapy Studies from Lesley University.
Whether you need perinatal care, help with chronic or post-acute pain, or a nervous system reboot when you are wrestling with anxiety or depression, I’ve got you covered. I also have a soft spot for neurodivergent folks—y’all are my people, and I love working with you!!
What sets me apart? My empathy, compassion, and grounding energy transform each treatment into a special experience. So, whether you're looking for physical relief or a spiritual tune-up, I’m here to help you heal, with love, intent, and maybe a dash of humor along the way.
